CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT FRENCH, SPANISH & ENGLISH (M/F/D)

                                    (LOCATION: SPAIN ONLY)

YOUR Role

  • Communication with our car hire customers and partners on www.carigami.fr and www.floyt.com by email, phone and chat
  • Processing of complex booking enquiries or complaints and escalation cases (2nd and 3rd level case processing)
  • Continuous optimisation and documentation of workflows and processes as well as independent identification of optimisation potential and driving projects in the area of customer excellence
  • Finding creative solutions for all types of customer concerns until you have found the optimal solution for the customer

YOUR PROFILE

  • You already have experience in 1st level and 2nd level customer support by telephone and are interested in solving complex customer issues.
  • You can express yourself flawlessly both verbally and in writing in French, Spanish and English.
  • You have a friendly, positive charisma and enjoy personalised customer service.
  • You are solution-orientated and keep a cool head when dealing with complex enquiries.
  • You are permanently located in Spain.
